Swank Specialty Produce is welcoming guests back to its 20-acre Loxahatchee farm for the 2026/27 Swank Table season, a lineup of immersive, all-inclusive dining experiences that bring together some of South Florida’s most talented chefs, local ingredients, live music and a dose of Swank-style fun. At Swank Specialty Produce, dinner comes with a front-row seat. Guests gather beneath the farm’s expansive pole barn to watch a lineup of featured chefs bring each evening’s theme to life, beginning with a welcome bite and cocktails, followed by four canapés and a multi-course dinner. The all-inclusive experience includes wine, beer and other beverages, along with live music and plenty of opportunities to mingle, eat, drink and enjoy the farm. This season's calendar takes guests everywhere from Havana to Hawaii, the 1970s to the American West, with themed dinners designed to be as entertaining as they are delicious. Highlights include the inaugural Havana Nights, a rustic Woodland Supper built around open-fire cooking, Chinese New Year: The Year of the Sheep, the return of Throwback to the ’70s, a country-inspired Cowboy Country, the new Blue Zones
Experience, a tropical Luau and the season-ending Vetu De Blanc White Party. Behind each Swank Table dinner is a dedicated culinary team working to bring each season’s themes and menus to life. Chef Liaison Jon Sarmiento leads the chef collaborations, while Chef Jeffrey Wueller of Sub-Culture Group creates the welcome bites, Chef Patrick Carney leads specialty meal and Sommelier Jon Wine of The Tasting Room oversees the beverage experience. Together, the team works with Swank’s farm-fresh bounty, from pesticide-free vegetables to microgreens and edible flowers, to create seasonal menus that have become a hallmark of Swank Table. Sponsors of Swank Table include Mr. Greens, Independent Seafood, Palm Beach Illustrated, Miami Club Spirits, Kopu Water, SubCulture, and more. Before the Swank Table season gets underway, Swank Specialty Produce’s Farmers Market returns Saturday, October 10, kicking off another season of Saturday mornings at the farm. The free market runs every Saturday through May from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., giving locals a chance to shop fresh produce, discover local purveyors, listen to live music and soak up the laid-back atmosphere that has made the market a South Florida favorite. This season, Chef James Strine will be serving up Swank Salads and Swank Whole Hog sandwiches, adding even more reason to make a Saturday morning trip to the farm.
