(Press Release) (West Palm Beach, FL – September 19, 2024) The League of Women Voters of Palm Beach County (LWVPBC) is now offering its nonpartisan Decision 2024 Voters Guide to Florida’s Six Constitutional Amendments in three languages: English, Spanish, and Creole. The free, easy-to-read Voter’s Guide to these complicated issues on the ballot in November is available online on the League’s website, www.lwvpbc.org. “The League delivers nonpartisan information to thousands of local voters every election and this year we are expanding our informational outreach by presenting it in three different languages so we can best serve all of our communities,” says Kathi Gundlach, president of the League of Women Voters of Palm Beach County. “Bringing potential voters out of the darkness with reliable, responsible, nonpartisan information is our primary mission and now we are doing it in English, Spanish, and Creole.”
Decision 2024 Voters Guide to Florida’s Six Constitutional Amendments was translated into Spanish and recorded by Claudia Mendoza, the Haitian-Creole version was voiced by Ancy Louis, and the English version was recorded by Janet Elinoff, Dylan Gaynor and Ken Thomas. “All three versions can be easily accessed on the local League’s website by clicking on the Voter Toolkit 2024 button on our homepage at www.lwvpbc.org,” adds Gundlach.
