Annual Delray Beach Home Tour Set

(Press Release) ​Delray Beach, FL (February 2, 2026)—A number of homeowners in Delray Beach’s beautiful Lake Ida Neighborhood will open their doors to visitors during the 23rd Annual Delray Beach Home Tour benefiting Achievement Centers for Children & Families on March 10 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Delray Beach Home Tour is a unique opportunity to see exquisite interiors of homes and gardens. "Our annual Home Tour highlights a different Delray Beach neighborhood each year, giving homeowners the opportunity to share their unique interior designs and architectural styles," said Noreen Payne, co-chair of this year's organizing committee. "This year's tour will take visitors through an array of distinctive properties—from elegant Florida bungalows and lakeside estates to homes with lush tropical gardens—offering design and gardening enthusiasts an exclusive glimpse into the refined lifestyle that defines Delray Beach living."

During the tour, which attracts visitors from throughout South Florida, guests can enjoy a leisurely day exploring unique residences, strolling through the neighborhood, and dining on a catered luncheon.

All Home Tour ticket sales and sponsorships benefit Achievement Centers, which supports children and families throughout Delray Beach and the surrounding neighborhoods. At Achievement Centers, children are involved in Early Learning (Toddler and Preschool), Out-of-School (After School and Summer Camp), and Teen Mentoring programs that prepare them for academic and social success and empower them to discover their talents. Achievement Centers families are served through programs like Family Strengthening and Economic Stabilization, which benefit the community by helping families in crisis; enabling them to serve as the foundation of their child’s growth.

The Home Tour was first conceived by long-time Achievement Centers’ board members and supporters Anne Bright and Barbara Murphy. 

Planning for the home tour, which draws more than 800 visitors annually, involves more than 100 dedicated volunteers. 

"This event wouldn't be possible without the incredible dedication of our volunteers, the generosity of homeowners who have opened their doors to visitors, and the invaluable support of our sponsors," said Kari Shipley, event co-chair.

Early bird admission price is $125. Admission will increase to $150 on February 1, 2026. Admission includes a luncheon, parking and trolley service during two separate groups, although the morning group ticket is sold out. The afternoon group still has availability and runs from 1 – 4 p.m. with lunch from 1:00 - 2:30pm.

Delray Buick GMC returns as Presenting Sponsor of the Achievement Centers' Home Tour for the tenth consecutive year.
