North Palm Beach Life When it comes to the world of tote bags, I can honestly say, they simply are not all created equally. I know this because I am presently the owner of no less than twenty-five in various sizes, materials and colors. All of this brings me to EVELYN & KATE tote bags. I am new to this brand and when one arrived for review my first impression was, I was impressed. The particular bag I received arrived in a lovely white box, emblazened with their logo, inside a protective bag. The tote is called the Westie, but more about that later.
