AYRE by Karma to Present Easter Sunday Dinner

(Press Release) SINGER ISLAND, FL, March 27, 2026 – AYRE by Karma, the new sister restaurant of the Michelin-recommended Karma Modern Indian in Washington, D.C., will present a special Easter Sunday dinner on April 5th from 3 to 9 p.m.

Located at Amrit Ocean Resort overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, the restaurant will feature an à la carte menu and Chef’s Tasting Menus (3-course and 5-course), highlighting bold Indian flavors with a refined contemporary coastal influence. Additional Easter specials will also be available to complement the dining experience.

Highlights include Stuffed Maine Lobster (1 lb) with spiced boiled eggs, green chili, and garam masala, finished with a light gratin and spicy tomato Béarnaise chutney($75); the vegetarian Paneer Musallam, featuring roasted paneer in a saffron-almond gravy with subtle Mughlai spice ($35).

Dessert is a Kesari Shrikhand Cheesecake, layered with saffron, cardamom, and pistachio, an elegant balance of tradition and modern technique($15).
