(Press Release) PALM BEACH SHORES, FL – For more than 50 years the Buccaneer Waterfront Bar & Grill at Buccaneer Marina & Resort has served the Palm Beach Shores community. After years of unnecessary setbacks, the finish line is in sight. Guests can look forward to returning to the historical staple yet again with a full transformation of the marina, resort and restaurant/bar. The Buccaneer Waterfront Bar & Grill will be opening its doors once again on March, 18, 2025 with the marina and resort to follow soon after.

​Upon entering the newly designed space, patrons will get a glimpse into the history of “The Bucc” with many surprises and nods to the past.  The initial opening will provide an exclusive opportunity to dine indoors during dinner hours with the outdoor patio and lunch/brunch coming in the following weeks.

Leading the culinary offerings will be Season 9 winner of “Hell’s Kitchen” on Fox TV, Chef Paul Niedermann, who is bringing his life-long love for cooking and talent to Buccaneer Waterfront Bar & Grill.
Chef Niedermann’s passion for cooking runs in his blood with his father also working as an Executive Chef. From cooking at the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, the St. Regis Hotel, to BLT Steak in New York City, Los Angeles, and Doral, Chef Niedermann brings a simplistic approach to modern cuisine and curates elegant, yet approachable dishes packed with rich flavors and exciting ingredients.

His “Bucc” dinner menu will offer a variety of re-imagined casual cuisine options from raw bar selections, brick oven pizzas, locally sourced seafood, steaks, desserts and more.

• Raw bar to feature East & West Coast Oysters, Shrimp Cocktail, Stone Crab Claws, and Bloody Mary Shrimp Ceviche.
• A twist on brick oven pizzas with Mexican Street Corn featuring Cold Water Lobster, Tajin, Onion, Jalapeno, Cotija Cheese, Cilantro, Avocado Crema; Buffalo Chicken with House Made Ranch, Crumbled Blue Cheese; Cherry Stone Clams topped with Pecorino Romano, Oregano, Lemon, Fine herbs; Roasted Brussels Sprouts dressed with Chipotle Butternut Squash, Onion, Applewood Smoked Bacon, Fig Balsamic Glaze; and Sweet Heat for the spice lovers garnished with Spicy Capicola, Spicy Italian Sausage, Fresno Chili, Hot Honey.
• The small plates include Lamb Lollipops with Roasted Garlic Hummus, Chickpea Salad, Calabrian Chili Relish; Grilled Cesar Salad with White Anchovy, Crispy Pangrattato, Pei Mussels, White Wine, Grain Mustard, Lemon, Grilled Baguette; Floridian Style Crab Cake served with Grain Mustard Aioli, Petite Salad, Grapefruit; Sticky Beef Skewers complimented with Sesame, Coriander, Red Jalapeno; Horiatiki Salad featuring English Cucumber, Beefsteak Tomato, Red Onion, Roasted Red Peppers, Kalamata Olive, Greek Feta, Oregano, Red Wine Vinaigrette, and various protein options; Marinated Golden Beets; Lobster Empanadas. 
• Entrees or large plate offerings consist of Pan roasted Local Mahi with Charred Broccolini, Sauce Romesco, Lemon; Dry Aged Sirloin Blend Patty, Romaine Lettuce, Beefsteak Tomato, Red Onion, Black Garlic Aioli, Sea Salt Fries; Lemon & Rosemary Brick Oven Chicken with Sauté Spinach, Dark Chicken Jus; Mussels Scampi cooked in White Wine, Butter, Fine Herbs, Linguini; Delmonico Ribeye served with Sea Salt Fries, Sauce Bearnaise; Blackened Mahi Sandwich with Pickled Red Onions, Romaine Lettuce, House Made Tartar Sauce, Fries; Grilled Spiny Lobster with Cajun Crab Stuffing, Garlic Beurre Monte, Lemon; Center Cut Filet paired with Fingerling potato, Applewood Smoked bacon, Tomato Concasse, Red Wine Jus; Local Grouper Cioppino with Cherry Stone Clams, Mussels, Shrimp, Calamari, Saffron Tomato Broth, Fennel.
• Desserts include Fruity Pebble Bread Pudding; Mango Key Lime Pie; Warm Fudge Brownie.
