Tucked inside the venerable Delray Beach hotel, the Atlantic Grille will celebrate the fiesta-drenched holiday with two glamorous señoritas: a Spicy Watermelon Mint Margarita rimmed with pink Himalayan coconut salt, and a Passion Fruit Mezcal Margarita rimmed with black Himalayan salt ($14 each). 

Feeling noshy? Snag a coveted seat at the bar and tuck into executive chef Glenn Rogers' savory coastal cuisine, from grilled Spanish octopus with creamy goat cheese and potato croquettes, to olé-inspired cajun fish tacos loaded with tomatillo slaw, avocado, and cilantro cream. Buen provecho!

Cinco de Mayo hours are 3 p.m. to close.
