Easter festivities begin with Pink Steak’s three-course brunch, featuring a selection of vibrant starters, decadent brunch favorites, and indulgent desserts for $85 per person. Highlights include elevated brunch classics such as Lobster Benedict, featuring Maine Lobster, brioche, spinach, mushroom, and hollandaise sauce; 8oz Truffle Butter Australian Black Angus Filet; or Cioppino with clams, Mediterranean seabass, mussels, key west pink shrimp, fingerling potatoes, braised fennel and tomato saffron broth  alongside other seasonal dishes crafted with the highest quality ingredients and the restaurant’s signature attention to detail. 

In the evening, Pink Steak transitions into a three-course Easter dinner, offering guests a refined holiday dining experience. The curated menu features a choice of starters, followed by standout entrées including a Wood-Grilled Branzino with tomato basil lemon vinaigrette; Sweet Pea and Mascarpone Ravioli or a Wagyu Tomahawk for 2, that reflect the restaurant’s steakhouse roots. The experience concludes with a selection of house-made desserts designed to provide the perfect sweet finish to the holiday meal. Pink Steak’s Easter Dinner menu is $98 per person.
