Louie Bossi's and Elisabetta's will be celebrating with their Formaggio, which includes almonds, honey and dried fruits, along with a choice of cheeses: La Tur, Taleggio D.O.P., Robiola D.O.P, Tartufo, Parmigiano Reggiano Vecchio D.O.P, Fontina Valle D'Aosta D.O.P., Gorgonzola Dolce D.O.P. Pecorino D.O.P. A selection of all the cheeses is $39. A ounce ounce piece is $7.50. Mozzarella is also available with pomodorini, basil and estate olive oil. Varieties include Fior Di Latte ($11.50), Burrata ($12.50), Mozzarella Di Bufalala ($16) or a mozarella tasting ($29.) Elisabetta's and Louie Bossi's are highly acclaimed Italian restaurants.
