Not feeling particularly loquacious? No worries, bring your boozy tastebuds to Delray Beach, where City Oyster will be pouring red, white, and rosé sangría ($13) on tap. Stay for Happy Hour from 4-7 p.m. and double down with 2-for-1 cocktails and $1 oysters. 

At City Cellar in The Square (formerly Rosemary Square), order the peach sangría ($12.50), a glamorous señorita loaded with albarino, peach liqueur, vodka, local citrus, and housemade peach syrup. Stick around for Happy Hour and pony up to the inside bar for half-priced drinks, appetizers, and gourmet pizza from 4-7 p.m.

Take the fiesta next door, and enjoy a spectacular sunset at City Cellar's buzzy bar, Barrio. Create an instant tradition with executive chef Rolando Anoceto's Latin tapas and $9 saludable sangrías – blanco, rojo, rosado, sparkling – during happy hour from 4-7 p.m. 

Barrio's sangria recipe for at-home fiestas:

3 oz. (Raventós i Blanc de Blancs Brut, Santa Ema Reserve Merlot, Liquid Geography Rosé, or Graffigna Pinot Grigio)
2 oz. Stolichnaya vodka
1 oz. lemon juice
1 oz. lime juice
1 oz. simple syrup
1 oz. peach purée
