Kicking off the festivities, Galley will host the Galentine’s Day Cocktail Experience ($80 per person) on February 6 from 6-7:30pm, perfect for a stylish night out with the girls. Guests will enjoy a handcrafted welcome cocktail followed by an intimate, guided mixology class led by Galley’s resident mixologist, Hauk Cornell, who will share the art of creating bespoke luxe libations. Attendees will receive curated recipe cards to take home, 20% off dinner at Galley before or after the class, and complimentary valet parking. 
For Valentine’s Day, couples can choose between two exceptional dining experiences. On February 14 from 5-10p, Galley will present an elegant Valentine’s Day Dinner ($145 per person), featuring a four-course prix fixe menu and Champagne toast. For reservations, click here.

On February 13-14 from 5-10pm, MICHELIN Selected Moody Tongue Sushi seamlessly blends omakase artistry with acclaimed craft beer mastery with a 13-course, romance-laced masterpiece ($215 per person), beginning with a welcome Framboise followed by luxurious edibles like Botan Ebi with Ossetra caviar, Toro with cherry niçoise, A5 Miyazaki wagyu, Hokkaido Uni, and more.
