Credit: CPSFL (Press Release) Community Partners of South Florida (CPSFL) successfully hosted its annual Housing Fair 2025 at the Riviera Beach Marina on Saturday, June 21, drawing hundreds of residents, sponsors, and vendors together to tackle the affordable housing crisis. The event, which included an expert panel discussion and multiple educational sessions, focused on providing direct resources and solutions to community members. The fair saw a significant turnout including Riviera Beach Mayor, Douglas Lawson and participants lined up early to enter the venue at 9 a.m. for the family-friendly event which also featured food trucks and activities such as an airplane simulation courtesy of the KOP Mentoring Network in Delray Beach, FL.
Attendees engaged with over a dozen vendors and sponsors, including mortgage lenders and realtors and a highlight of the event was a panel of experts who discussed critical issues such as the shortage of both rental and for-sale housing and the impact of insurance costs on accessing residential mortgages. The event was made possible through the generous support of sponsors, with Fifth Third Bank serving as the highest-level sponsor with a donation of $5,000. Other major sponsors included First Horizon Bank, PRMI, Bank of America, PNC, and Legal Aid. “We are incredibly grateful for the support from our sponsors, vendors, and the community,” said CEO Kelly Powell. “The high level of engagement at this year’s Housing Fair reinforces the urgent need for accessible housing solutions. We are proud to have connected so many of our neighbors with the tools and information they need to achieve housing stability in Palm Beach County.” Comments are closed.
