Corvina Hosts Summer Wine Tasting

(Press Release) Corvina Seafood Grill, Boca Raton’s exceptional seafood-centric restaurant and bar, will host an unforgettable wine tasting and small plate soiree on Saturday, July 27, 2024. The one-night-only event, aimed at delivering relief and respite from our wet and wild summer thus far, is the collaborative effort of head bartender Oscar Garcia and general manager Eduardo Pagan.
 
The stunning restaurant offers an exclusive dining experience with an intimate and welcoming setting for wine enthusiasts and foodies alike. The event, held during the balmy afternoon hours – when Corvina will be closed to a la carte patrons – will feature seven exclusive pours, both red and white, from all over the world with definite stops in Italy and France

Starting at 1PM, the tasting will feature special, off-the-menu tasting platters by Executive Chef Jeff Tunks.  As guests enjoy the pairings, Garcia and Pagan will share their insights and inspirations.
 
Priced at $50 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity, the memorable afternoon will include additional surprises including giveaways. The menu is as follows:
