Costa Unveils Restaurant Month Menu

(Press Release) Delray Beach, FL (August 1, 2024)--Costa, a culinary gem on Atlantic Avenue that features freshly-sourced ingredients, has unveiled its menu for Downtown Delray’s 9th Annual Restaurant Month. Delray’s Restaurant month, which runs from September 1 through September 30, is a campaign designed to highlight Delray’s unique dining options.
 
For this year’s Restaurant Month, Costa will offer a Prix-Fixe Menu, complete with a starter, entrée, and dessert for $45.

​Starter options include the Heirloom Watermelon salad, with baby gem heirloom tomato, juicy summer watermelon, farm cheese, fresh mint, fig balsamic Meyer, and vinaigrette, or the Yellowfin Tuna Crisp, which features layered Ahi tuna, flavorful truffle mustard seed oil, herb micros, and sea salt flakes.
 
For entrees, Costa will offer four dishes, including two turf options: the Pasture Hen, Florida farmed chicken served with Meyer lemon beurre blanc, blue corn polenta, and roasted strawberries, and the Pickle and the Rib, tender short rib served over confit potato, with horseradish cream, and heirloom carrot pickle varieties. Costa will also offer pescatarian and vegetarian-friendly options, like the Local Fresh Catch, with fresh catch sourced from Florida waters, cherry bomb, plantain puree, and passion fruit beurre blanc, and the vegetarian King Trumpet Tagliatelle, freshly made tagliatelle pasta, Gratitude Farms King Trumpet mushrooms, and cream cognac.
 
Costa will also present a signature dessert, the Berry Brioche Bread Pudding, served with vanilla bean Chantilly.
