Patricia Falkenberg, Ellie Cullman and Bonnie Strauss (Capehart) (Press Release) (WEST PALM BEACH, FLA.) -- From Park Avenue elegance to Palm Beach sophistication, acclaimed interior designer Ellie Cullman transported audiences through four decades of design at the Raymond F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts on March 23. The 2026 ArtSmart Lunch & Learn Series continued with “Tradition Redefined: Designing Through the Decades,” offering an inside look at some of the nation’s most refined residential interiors. The luncheon was sponsored by Patricia and Edward Falkenberg and Bonnie and Tom Strauss. “Each Lunch & Learn offers our community a chance to engage with remarkable voices who bring creativity and expertise to life in such an accessible way,” said Diane Quinn, Kravis Center CEO. “Ellie Cullman’s work reminds us that great design is not only about beauty, but about how we live, gather and experience our surroundings. We’re proud to continue presenting programs like this that inspire curiosity and celebrate the power of the arts in everyday life.”
Cullman, founder of Cullman & Kravis Interiors, shared a curated portfolio of the firm’s most significant projects, illustrating how thoughtful design balances tradition, functionality and evolving personal style. The program explored how design has evolved over the past 40 years while remaining rooted in principles of proportion, craftsmanship and livability. Cullman emphasized the importance of tailoring each project to reflect the homeowner's lifestyle and vision, down to the smallest detail. The program marked the third installment of the Kravis Center’s 2026 Lunch & Learn series, which combines engaging conversations with a refined midday dining experience. The series concludes on April 20 with a newly added presentation, “Never Mind the Happy – Showbiz Stories From a Sore Winner,” featuring acclaimed composer, lyricist and author Marc Shaiman.
