Looking for Easter dining options? Singer Island’s oceanfront restaurant --3800 Ocean -- is offering three of them on Easter Sunday, March 27:
The Easter Morning Breakfast Buffet (8-10:30 a.m.) includes seafood, smoothie, omelet and pastry stations, as well as traditional breakfast options such as Belgian Waffle with fresh berry compote and whipped cream, Guava & Cream Cheese Stuffed French Toast, and Eggs Benedict. Breakfast is $28 for adults and $16 for children under 12. The Easter Grand Brunch Buffet (12-3 pm) will offer a more extensive array of selections, including the raw bar with Shrimp with Horseradish Cocktail and Tuna Tartar Coronets with wasabi cream; soups, salads, and a selection of cheeses; Grilled Salmon with a persillade butter, Lasagna Bolognese with Parmigiano Reggiano and fresh mozzarella, Lobster Mac and Cheese, a chef carving station with Roast Prime Rib of Beef Au Jus, Turkey Breast with pan gravy and cranberry-pear compote, and Spiral Cut Sugar Cured Ham; and a chef’s selection table of seasonal desserts. Brunch is $65 for adults and $18 for children under 12. The Easter Dinner Prixe Fixe (5-10 pm) will include seafood and Italian dishes. Some of the first course selections include Yellowfin Tuna Crudo with eggplant caponata, lemon oil, garlic chips and micro basil; Shrimp Bruschetta with tomato, olives, capers, white wine, and grilled country; and Truffle Artichoke Bisque accompanied by beignets and truffle cream. Entrée choices include Maine Lobster and Truffle Risotto with asparagus, artichokes, and tomatoes; Pomegranate Glazed Grilled Chicken complete with golden raisin cous cous, lemon thyme jus, and toasted pine nut haricot vert; and the vegetarian Jumbo Housemade Ricotta Raviolo with wild mushroom, arugula and sundried tomato. A holiday dessert and pastry table will offer a selection of festive treats prepared by the resort’s on-site pastry chef. The dinner menu is $65 for adults and $18 for children under 12.
