Eddie & Vinny's Coastal Italian Coming to PGA

(Press Release) After many celebrated years as a Palm Beach dining staple, Prezzo Palm Beach Gardens (Prezzo PGA) will celebrate its final month of service through June 30, 2026, before undergoing a transformation into Eddie & Vinny's Coastal Italian, the popular concept from P Hospitality Management. Owned and operated by P Hospitality’s Eddie and Christina Pozzuoli, Eddie & Vinny’s will signal the arrival of the concept’s second location; the first, a Broward County sensation since its opening in 2025.

Located at 4520 PGA Boulevard, Prezzo PGA has long been a fixture in the community, welcoming generations of guests and serving as the backdrop for countless memories. Throughout June, guests are invited to revisit favorite dishes, raise a glass with friends and celebrate the restaurant's legacy before its final day of service on Tuesday, June 30.

Inspired by the cuisine and culture of Italy’s seaside regions, the restaurant features fresh seafood, premium steaks, handmade pastas, handcrafted cocktails and warm hospitality in a lively, welcoming setting. Some other notables to enhance the the guest experience, the restaurant will offer it’s signature wine locker & membership program and live entertainment nightly. The reimagined restaurant will blend elevated Italian flair with contemporary elegance.

Guests can continue dining at P Hospitality Management's other South Florida restaurant destinations, including Prezzo Boca Raton; Eddie & Vinny's Coral Springs; Corvina Seafood Grill, Dear Olivia and Amante's. In addition, all current Prezzo PGA gift cards will be eligible for redemption at the new Eddie & Vinny’s location.
