(PRESS RELEASE)_South Florida, August 15, 2023 – Big Time Restaurant Group’s Elisabetta’s Ristorante, Bar and Pizzeria, and Louie Bossi’s have added five new cocktails to the restaurant’s menus. The new cocktails were created by Ervin Machado, CSW, Certified Sommelier and Beverage Director of Elisabetta’s.
The new cocktails are: Arrivederci made with organic tequila, pineapple juice, Casoni 1814, Florida citrus and simple syrup ($16); Venetian Daiquiri with Big Cypress Local Rum, pineapple juice, lemon/lime juice, and Cirera Aperitivo ($13); Cherry Negroni with Atian Gin, Cirera Cherry Infused Vermouth and Campari ($14); Cherry Spritz with cherry infused wine topped with Prosecco ($13.50); and the Casoni Spritz with Casoni 1814 Aperitivo Liquor topped with Prosecco ($13.50).
Elisabetta’s and Louie Bossi’s have scratch kitchens with everything made in house including pasta, breads, sauces, baked goods and gelatos. Elisabetta’s and Louie Bossi’s dry ages their steaks in house and cure their own salumis.
