(PRESS RELEASE)_Hallandale, FL – Cantina Laredo in Hallandale has launched new Latin libations for summer sipping in South Florida. The three seasonal cocktails (Watermelon Mule, Strawberry Rhubarb Margarita, and Jalapeño Elderflower Margarita) are made with fresh picked ingredients, including watermelon, strawberries, and jalapeños. The "Fresh Picked" cocktails are $12 each and available now through July 31.

Watermelon Mule
SKYY Sun-Ripened Watermelon Vodka, fresh watermelon, lemon and lime juice topped with Fever-Tree Ginger Beer

Strawberry Rhubarb Margarita
Sauza Blue Silver, St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, fresh strawberries, lemon and lime juice, and rhubarb bitters

Jalapeño Elderflower Margarita
1800 Silver Tequila, Monin Agave Nectar, St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, lime juice, and fresh jalapeños


Strawberry Rhubarb Margarita (recipe)

Muddle in a shaker:
2 hulled strawberries
1 oz. simple syrup
1 oz. fresh lime juice

Fill shaker with ice and add:
1½ oz. Sauza Blue Silver 100% Agave
¼ oz. St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur

Shake until well chilled and strain into a glass over fresh ice. Top with 2 dashes Fee Brothers Rhubarb bitters. Garnish with a lime wheel and a fresh strawberry.
