Galbani Taste of Little Italy Fest Returns

(Press Release) ​Port St. Lucie, Fla. (Monday, January 19, 2025) -Via Productions Inc. proudly announces the return of the Galbani Taste of Little Italy, celebrating its 19th anniversary on February 13-15, 2025, at Tradition Square. The cultural festival, known for its Italian ambiance, national Italian American entertainers, and authentic food, continues to offer free admission to thank the community for all the years of support. The Galbani Taste of Little Italy is the Treasure Coast's largest Italian festival Valentine’s weekend.

Festival hours throughout the weekend are Friday, 4 pm – 10 pm. Saturday, 11 am – 10 pm, and Sunday, 11 am – 8 pm, admission & parking are Free.


The 'Taste of Little Italy' presented by Galbani Cheese promises a weekend filled with entertainment, food, family fun, and more served up Italian-style! Each year, the 'Taste of Little Italy' draws three generations of families on the Treasure Coast, promising something special for everyone to enjoy and remember, creating memorable moments that last a lifetime.


Cheers to the next 19 years; we will offer Spritz Del Conte Bar, Voga Prosecco, and more. The festival is a great place to relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of The Taste of Little Italy. New this year will be the Wine Garden, where people can enjoy wine flights.
 
Experience national and local chefs who come out to the Taste of Little Italy and demonstrate how to cook specialty Italian dishes. This year, The La Cucina Galbani® Cooking stage will be hot with nationally known chefs like YouTube favorite Anthony Acampa from "Fats Where the Flavor is" serving up Italian specialties Local chefs featuring Francesca Di Fede of La Forchetta, Kyle Greene of Amore Italian Chophouse, Chef Thomas Op’t Holt, and Gia Caiozzo Gilchrist of Oliver Branch Markets, Lasagna Love and others will be creating special Italian dishes right before your eyes with cooking demonstrations throughout the weekend! Voga wine experts will be at the festival, providing tastings and a history of Italian wine.
 
For special seating, the festival offers a Private VIP Villa located near the stage for your enjoyment, including a covered area, a large table, eight seats, and cocktail service, or enjoy a reserved pod seating with four chairs and a table, or a bistro table for two, both including waiter/waitress service. Villas, pods, and bistro tables can be reserved at Eventbrite.com.
 
The entire family will enjoy festival rides and games for all ages. will be on site with fun kids' activities. Relax, sit, eat, and enjoy relaxing in the Wallace Hyundai Ft. Pierce Family Picnic area throughout the weekend. The Taste is committed each year to support the charity, Maddie’s Fight Foundation. Maddie’s Fight Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing support to children battling cancer, and the families who care for them, as well as providing financial support for the research of Osteosarcoma.
 
Come celebrate the love of the Italian culture with national artists performing the best classic Italian songs, romantic ballads, and popular hits on the Mattamy Homes Stage all weekend.

Entertainment on the Mattamy Homes stage includes Friday, Tony Quaranti with "The Sinatra Songbook," and Tres Bella performing opera and classics. Saturday: Daniela Martino, Vince and Emily with opera and more, Vanessa Racci with Italian jazz, and DJ Anthony Mangini, the headliners are The Atlantic City Boys with their tribute to Frankie Valli. Sunday: Vanessa Racci returns, Philippe Harari, Franco Corso, the Voice of Romance, and tenor Anthony Nunziata.
 
At every step in Tradition Square, visitors will find food vendors serving authentic Italian dishes, including fresh pasta, pizza, sausage and peppers, and more. Then, enjoy a not-to-be-missed Italian dessert: homemade zeppole with powdered sugar, sfogliatella, gelato, and cannoli.
