It's Boat Parade time! It happens this Saturday, and this year there is a change where you can view it. This from the Village of North Palm Beach:
"The Annual Palm Beach Holiday Boat Parade is set for Saturday, December 1st. It starts at the north end of the Lake Worth lagoon at 6 p.m., heading up the Intracoastal Waterway under the Parker Bridge. Because of construction this year, the Village Country Club and golf course will be closed during the event, but the Marine Industries Association of Palm Beach County website has a list of other good places to view this It's popular local tradition: www.palmbeachboatparade.com/parade-map." There is also this, which we posted earlier: (NORTH PALM BEACH NEWS)_What's that camera on the golf course by the Parker Bridge? The Village welcomes the WPBF 25 News remote "Sky Camera," which extends up 20 feet to capture beautiful views of the golf course, the North Palm Beach Waterway, the bridge house and the Intracoastal Waterway to the east. It's temporary and is moved frequently to capture other scenic shots throughout WPBF's viewing area. Hopefully, they'll get a great view of the Palm Beach Holiday Boat Parade on Dec. 1, since construction has closed the grounds for public viewing this year. Comments are closed.
