Make it memorable for yours at The Jupiter Grill by treating him to his choice of ordering from a delicious Father’s Day 3-Course Prix Fixe menu with special à la carte additions, the Summer Special 3-Course Menu, or anything his heart desires from the restaurant’s full dinner menu. As a bonus, every father will receive a complimentary surprise from Buffalo Trace, making the event a true celebration. The Father’s Day Prix Fixe Special ($79 per person plus tax and gratuity) will be available from Friday, June 13th to Sunday, June 15th for dine-in only. Appetizers include French Onion Soup with crostini and melted provolone cheese, The Wedge Salad with roasted tomatoes, pickled red onions, pancetta, gorgonzola dressing, and fine herbs, Double-Smoked Bacon with gremolata, balsamic, and toasted breadcrumb, or Mussels Fra Diavolo with oregano cream sauce, garlic pomodoro, crostini, and micro basil.
Entrées include Pan-Seared Black Seabass à la Nache featuring a Beurre Blanc sauce, asparagus, roasted cherry tomatoes, crab meat, micro broccoli, and pickled red onions, or the 32oz Tomahawk ($40 upcharge) with Yukon garlic mashed potatoes and Bordelaise available with a surf and turf option ($25) with three bacon-wrapped sea scallops. The Bacon-Wrapped Scallops are also available as an entrée selection, served with risotto and a sage brown butter Beurre Blanc, while the BBQ Spare Rib Full Rack features “everything-spiced” fries. For dessert, there’s a Cannoli Trio of chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry with a berry garnish, Cheesecake topped with whipped cream and mixed berries, or Molten Lava Cake oozing with chocolate fudge and a side of vanilla bean gelato. If you’ve been extra good, maybe he’ll share! The Summer Special 3-Course Menu is priced at $39 per person (plus tax and gratuity) invites dad to start with Maryland-Style Crab Soup made with roasted corn, summer vegetables, potatoes, and citrus, a Caesar Salad with baby gem lettuce, pecorino Romano, and house-made croutons, or “The Wedge.” Five entrees include 12oz sirloin Steak Frites with “everything-spiced” fries and black garlic aioli, and Thyme and Lemon Grilled Mahi with fingerling potatoes and a petite salad. The Peruvian Roasted Chicken is served with an anise and blood orange salad, accompanied by a sweet potato puree. The Shrimp Scampi is paired with linguini and a sauce of lemon, fine herbs, white wine, and butter. Also available is the 8-ounce Center-Cut Filet option ($15 upcharge) served with mashed potatoes, asparagus, and bordelaise. Key Lime Pie topped with freshly whipped cream, toasted coconut, and mango coulis, Molten Chocolate Cake, Captain’s Bread Pudding made with Captain Crunch cereal with a grown-up bourbon toffee sauce and smoked bacon, or a refreshing Sorbet Trio of seasonal flavors complete a perfect evening.
