Le Colonial Debuts Summer Prix Fixe Menu

(Press Release) ​Delray Beach FL, MAY 27, 2026 – Le Colonial, the acclaimed French-Vietnamese restaurant located at 601 East Atlantic Avenue in downtown Delray Beach, has introduced its new Summer Evenings prix fixe menu alongside its daily Saigon Social offerings. Available Monday through Friday before 6 p.m., the seasonal dining experience highlights Le Colonial’s signature blend of vibrant Vietnamese flavors and refined French influence.

Priced at $42 per person, the two-course Summer Evenings menu begins with a choice of starters including Sui Cao Chien, pan seared chicken dumplings; Cha Gio, crispy shrimp and pork rolls; Bo Bia, chilled vegetable rolls; or Le Colonial Salat with black tiger shrimp, rice noodles and aromatic herbs.

Entrée selections include Ca Hoi Nuong, roasted miso glazed salmon with coconut lobster broth; Ga Xao Xa Ot, spicy chicken stir-fry with lemongrass and Thai basil; or Cari Ga, simmered chicken curry with mango, Japanese eggplant and yellow coconut curry sauce. Optional wine pairings are also available for an additional ($29), along with dessert offerings including Vanilla Crème Brûlée and gourmet Ice cream and sorbet.

Guests can also enjoy Saigon Social daily from 4–7 p.m., featuring specialty cocktails, wine and beer offerings in Le Colonial’s elegant lounge setting.

Le Colonial summer hours are Sunday through Wednesday from 4–9 p.m. and Thursday through Saturday from 4–9:30 p.m. The seasonal Summer Menu is available Sunday through Friday from 4:30–6 p.m., highlighting Le Colonial’s signature blend of vibrant Vietnamese flavors and refined French influence. Guests can also enjoy half-off bottles of wine under $100 every Monday evening.
