![]() (© Neil Burger) (Press Release) Delray Beach, FL – Le Colonial, the acclaimed French-Vietnamese restaurant located at 601 East Atlantic Avenue in downtown Delray Beach, has launched a new prix fixe menu which includes two courses and iced tea. Guests can choose one dish from the following for their first course: Cha Gio, crispy shrimp and pork roll with jumbo shrimp, heritage pork, Asian mushrooms, mint, cilantro and chili lime sauce; Bo Bia, chilled vegetable roll with carrots, jicama, cage free eggs, bean sprouts, bell pepper, aromatic herbs, peanuts and peanut sauce; or Goi Cu Cai Do, beet salad VG Farm heirloom beet medley, wasabi guacamole, ginger soy sauce and a rice crisp. Guests can choose one dish from the following for their second course:
Ga Xao Xa Ot, a spicy chicken stir fry with cage free Cook’s Venture chicken, turmeric, Jalapeño, J&C Tropical Farms vidalia onions, lemongrass, bell peppers and Mother Fungi mushrooms; Thai Basil Cari Tom, green shrimp curry with Gulf shrimp, bamboo shoots, lime leaf, snap peas, zucchini and spicy coconut green curry broth (can substitute tofu or chicken); or Com Chien Dac Biet, signature fried rice with ginger poached Amish Farm chicken breast, broccoli, Vietnamese pork sausage, Greenway Farms organic eggs and scallions. Jasmine rice is included with the second course and iced tea is included as well. Tax & gratuity are not included. Price listed is per person, and is not valid for sharing. The prix fixe menu is available Sunday – Thursday. The dinner is $45 and is available 4:30 -5:30 p.m. Comments are closed.
