![]() (Press Release) Delray Beach (March 18, 2025)--Le Colonial, the acclaimed French-Vietnamese restaurant located at 601 East Atlantic Avenue in downtown Delray Beach, will offer six exquisite specials, available for lunch and dinner, this Easter Sunday, April 20. Easter appetizer specials include Goi Cua, Crab Salad ($28), with jumbo lump crab, sesame, soy, ginger, chives, apple, red endives, jalapeño, frisée and wasabi avocado; Goi Vit, Duck Salad ($26), with organic tea roasted duck, shredded cabbage, onion, banana blossom, lime chili vinaigrette, peanuts and crispy shallots; and Bach Tuoc Noung, Char Grilled Octopus ($27), served with pickled shallots, curried white bean puree, lemon preserve, chili sate oil and Vietnamese herbs.
Holiday main courses are Bo Kho, Braised Short Rib Clay Pot ($45), with cinnamon glazed apricot, toasted sesame, cage free egg, crispy taro, carrots, house pickled papaya and cauliflower rice; and Cari Suon Cuu, Lamb Curry ($46), Colorado lamb shank with fragrant massaman curry, root vegetables, jasmine rice and fresh herbs. Le Colonial Delray will also serve a celebration-worthy dessert special, Cherry Almond Tart ($15), with black cherries, almond cream, coconut ice cream and toasted almonds. Le Colonial Delray Beach will be open for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and dinner from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Easter, Sunday, April 20. Comments are closed.
