Private dining options include The Parrot Room, an intimate private dining room for up to 12 guests; The Lounge, accommodating up to 40 seated or 80 standing with its own private bar; the lush, covered Outdoor Patio, hosting up to 70 guests; or the Main Dining Room, which seats 80 and is available for exclusive buyouts upon request. Private events feature Le Colonial's signature family-style dining experience, with customizable three-course and four-course menus, as well as the Le Colonial 1993 tasting experience. Lunch packages begin at $65 per guest, while dinner packages start at $100 per guest. Dietary accommodations, including halal offerings with advance notice, are also available.
For gatherings beyond the restaurant, Le Colonial has also introduced new catering menus for groups of 10 to 45 guests. The catering program features customizable à la carte selections and family-style packages showcasing favorites such as Vietnamese rolls, Heritage Pork Ribs, Chicken Curry, Roasted Salmon, Shaking Beef and Signature Fried Rice. Signature packages, including The Le Colonial Table and the Golden Saigon Package, offer curated selections of appetizers, entrées, sides and desserts for effortless entertaining.
