May specials include Ngheu Hap Nuoc Dua (coconut steamed little neck clams with lemongrass, coconut milk and fine rice noodles, $28), Ca Hoi Song (Salmon Nam Prik Pao Crudo with makrut lime leaf and Fresno chili, $24), and a Spicy Ancho Daiquiri (white rum, Ancho Reyes Verde and lime, $18).
