Le Colonial Unveils Two New Desserts

(Press Release) Delray Beach, FL (July 22, 2026) – Le Colonial, the acclaimed French-Vietnamese restaurant inspired by the elegance of 1920s Saigon and located at 601 East Atlantic Avenue in Delray, has unveiled two new desserts inspired by bold Southeast Asian flavors and timeless classics.
 
La Flamme is a Baked Alaska ($32) for two with salted caramel gelato, coconut sorbet, passion fruit, aged shoyu caramel, and raspberry crème anglaise. This dessert is available for dinner on Friday and Saturday only.
 
Recently, the restaurant also unveiled the Tropical Breeze ($14);  a crisp pavlova with coconut whipped ganache, pineapple ginger compote, and lemon sorbet.

Le Colonial is open Sunday through Wednesday from 4–9 p.m. and Thursday through Saturday from 4–9:30 p.m.
