Louie Bossi's Unveils New Weekly Specials

Hot Chicken Sandwich

(Press Release) ​Boca Raton and Ft. Lauderdale, FL, February 21, 2025--Louie Bossi’s Ristorante, Bar & Pizzeria, an Italian restaurant in Boca Raton and Ft. Lauderdale, led by Big Time Corporate Executive Chef/Partner, Louie Bossi, has added two new weekly specials to its menu.
 
The Thursday special is La Mezza Luna ($17) which is a house-made panini bread that is baked, folded, and stuffed with Mezza Luna cotto prosciutto, torn burrata, arugula, EVOO, and tomato jam. It is served with house-made rosemary potato chips and giardiniera.

  The Friday special is Louie’s Hot Crispy Chicken Sandwich ($19.50) and is a chicken breast marinated with garlic, rosemary, orange, and thyme, dipped in buttermilk, breaded in seasoned flour, fried until crispy, and tossed in a Calabrian hot honey. The crispy chicken is served on a grilled brioche bun brushed with lemon aioli and topped with house made pickles. It is served with truffle parmesan fries.
 
Louie Bossi’s has a scratch kitchen, and the menu features many classic dishes like pizza, pastas, dry-aged steaks, but also includes seafood, chicken, and salad options. Louie Bossi’s makes all breads and desserts in house as well, including several flavors of gelato.
