"When you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or struggling with sleep and motivation, it's a sign to pause and refocus on your mental well-being. Everything starts with how we care for ourselves — and it’s something we need to honor every single day." said Carlton. Mental Health Awareness Month offers an opportunity to collectively make a concerted effort to reduce stigma, educate the public, and support those living with mental health challenges.
