The 7,500 square-foot facility will offer a concierge healthcare experience that embraces wellness of the body, mind, and spirit with an expansive list of regenerative and medical equipment and services. MedHouse incorporates the latest 21st century technology with individualized wellness and longevity programs for a comprehensive approach to serve patients’ needs.  

Located at 2513 South Dixie Highway, MedHouse/R3 Health will include an extensive range of wellness benefits, including:

​Founded by R3 Health medical pioneer and clinical director, Joseph Radich, PA-C, MedHouse aligns patients with access to the latest integrative and regenerative medical, beauty, and longevity services, equipment, educational programs, procedures, and products through its exclusive VIP experiences. Onsite staff includes certified medical providers, registered dieticians, and health coaches. 

Radich explained the process:  “We help people understand their bodies and how they are aging. Through our integrated treatment programs, members are able to slow down the aging process and, ultimately, reverse it. Members come to optimize their health, but also to connect with each other in a positive community environment.”

Designed by Spina O’Rourke + Partners, the fully renovated space offers instant relaxation and nature-enabled peace alongside state-of-the-art amenities, including cryotherapy chambers, salt suites, sensory float tanks, LED light therapy beds, and infrared saunas. A nutrition bar and full-service salon will also be onsite. 

Social Wellness Club memberships are based on a points system, and include: Revive (10 points), Thrive (20 points), and Optimize (unlimited points). Memberships range from $299 to $999.
