For $25, guests can tuck into a whopping 10-ounce, chargrilled proprietary blend patty, flown in fresh from Chicago’s historic stockyards. Perfectly seared and juicy, this beast of beef is stacked with molten American cheese, crisp shredded romaine, tangy red onions, crunchy pickles, and thick-cut beefsteak tomatoes, all nestled in a toasted brioche bun. To top it off, it’s complemented with a side of golden pommes frites—the kind you can’t stop reaching for.
 
And for a truly refined indulgence, Mia Rosebud serves up the new “Adult Happy Meal” every Sunday: a chargrilled cheeseburger with pommes frites and a choice of barrel-aged Manhattan or select beer by the glass, all for just $20.
