For one day only, the downtown hotspot invites guests to savor freshly shucked Kumamoto oysters from Washington State—celebrated for their buttery sweetness—and robust East Coast oysters from Virginia’s James River, all served simply on the half shell with lemon, cocktail sauce, and mignonette and priced at just $1 each. But the slurp-fest doesn’t stop there. Mia Rosebud’s carefully crafted libations menu features cocktails designed to elevate every bivalve-loving bite—from the Rosebud Cosmopolita ($17, or $8.50 during happy hour), where tart cranberry cuts through the oysters’ creaminess, to the Boca Raton ($19, or $9.50 during happy hour), a trifecta of Grey Goose vodka, olive juice, and gorgonzola-stuffed olives that complements their natural briny flavor.
“Oysters have long been a symbol of celebration and conviviality,” notes Boca Raton resident and founder of Chicago-based Rosebud Restaurant Group, Alex Dana. “There’s something magical about gathering over a plate of fresh oysters, a cocktail in hand, and good company to toast the moment.” Mia Rosebud is located at 150 E. Palmetto Park Road, Boca Raton, Florida 33432. For more information or reservations, visit rosebudrestaurants.com or call (561) 462-3000. Follow on Instagram at @miarosebud.bocaraton.
