In Italy, Christmas Eve, known as La Vigilia (“The Vigil”), is celebrated with a seafood-centric feast shared amongst family and friends. Keeping with this time-honored custom, executive chef Augie Arifi will present a predominantly fruits-of-the-sea spread rooted in the palatable flavors of the Bel Paese holiday table.
