Dover Sole (Mia Rosebud) (Press Release) BOCA RATON, FL — This Mother’s Day, Mia Rosebud evokes the spirit of Nonna’s table with a holiday menu rooted in beloved Bel Paese preparations. The epicurean occasion unfolds on Sunday from 12 to 9 p.m., with complimentary mimosas or Prosecco for all mothers upon their arrival. The menu opens with a pair of taste bud-pleasers: sherry-kissed Lobster Bisque ($18) and Shrimp De Jonghe ($36), a casserole-style dish featuring sautéed jumbo tiger prawns blanketed in Rosebud’s proprietary seasoned breadcrumbs and drizzled with garlic butter. Seafood-centric entrées include Agnolotti al Mare ($42), in-house-made agnolotti with crab and shrimp, finished with a brandy-tarragon cream sauce; Grouper Oscar ($72), a pan-seared filet of local Florida grouper topped with colossal crabmeat, asparagus, and béarnaise; and Dover Sole Almondine ($79), filleted tableside and plated with green beans almondine and a lemon-butter sauce. For meat lovers, there is tender USDA Creekstone Farms Prime Rib ($68) with warm au jus, oven-roasted potatoes, and creamy horseradish. Culminating the meal is a generous slice of homemade Red Velvet Cake ($22), layered in rich cream cheese frosting and paired with tart-sweet mixed-berry coulis.
