Ocean Course (The Breakers) (Palm Beach, Fla.) -- On a course known for its ocean views and championship pedigree, one day each spring stands out for a different reason: the impact it makes off the green. MorseLife Health System’s Annual Golf Classic and Awards Luncheon returns to the Breakers Ocean Course on April 6, 2026, uniting golfers, philanthropists and friends of the organization in support of MorseLife Health System’s Hospice Care, a cause that touches families across Palm Beach County when it matters most. “Supporting MorseLife’s Golf Classic has always been about more than the game, it’s about standing behind care that truly matters,” said Joan Bever, Senior Vice President of Events and Donor Relations at MorseLife Health System. “Through our Hospice Care program, MorseLife ensures patients and their loved ones receive expert, compassionate support during some of life’s most vulnerable transitions.”
The day will begin at 8:15 a.m. with registration and a grab-and-go breakfast, followed by a 9 a.m. shotgun start. Players will enjoy one of South Florida’s most iconic courses, known for its sweeping Atlantic views, winding fairways and storied history. After 18 holes, guests will gather at the Flagler Steakhouse for an awards luncheon at 1 p.m., celebrating tournament highlights and the collective impact of the day. “MorseLife’s Annual Golf Classic is one of those special events that brings people together around a shared purpose,” said Ashley Robinson, Vice President of Events at MorseLife Health System. “Every year, this tournament directly supports the compassionate work of our Hospice Care team, professionals who walk alongside patients and families with empathy, respect and unwavering dedication. We are deeply grateful to every golfer, sponsor and supporter who helps extend this care to those who need it most.” This year, Whiting Turner will be the title sponsor of the event. MorseLife Health System provides integrated residences, health care and services for older adults, including independent and assisted living, short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, memory care, home health, and hospice. The organization is Palm Beach County’s exclusive PACE provider and has earned the Governor’s Gold Seal Award for excellence in long-term care.
