Selections include: ANTIPASTO Shrimp De Jonghe ($35) – Perfect for sharing, this plate-scraping starter pairs plump Gulf shrimp with fresh herbs, mixed breadcrumbs, garlic butter, and Madeira wine. PESCE Dover Sole Almondine ($70) – Presented with lemon, beurre blanc, and a sprinkle of roasted almonds, this iconic seafood entrée is expertly deboned tableside before serving. Local Red Snapper ($65) – Prized for its sweet and nutty flavor, the Neptunian native yields added complexity with cherry tomatoes, garlic, fresh basil, and EVOO.
CARNE 16 oz. Prime Rib ($65) – This succulent Old School megaprotein comes with natural au jus, creamy horseradish, and a baked potato. Filet Mignon Marsala ($58) – Tuck into a quintessential Italian-American staple elevated with three four-ounce filet medallions accompanied by sliced cremini mushrooms and a rich marsala sauce.
