(Press Release) BOYNTON BEACH, FL — South Florida PBS (WPBT, WXEL, and the Health Channel) invites the community to attend a special advance screening of the newest episode of On the Town in The Palm Beaches: Palm Beach Originals on Thursday, December 18, at 6:30 PM at the South Florida PBS studios in Boynton Beach. This new episode celebrates iconic Palm Beach County institutions that have stood the test of time, including the Henry Morrison Flagler Museum, Lake Worth Playhouse, Armory Art Center, Old Key Lime House, and more. Guests are invited to enjoy a pre-screening reception featuring live music by Dakota Dawkins, complimentary drinks, and light bites. Following the reception, attendees will be among the first to view the full episode. The evening will conclude with a Q&A session with host Frank Licari and the On the Town production team, as well as an exclusive viewing of South Florida PBS’s latest immersive experience, Egyptian Pharaohs: From Cheops to Ramses II, now open at the South Florida PBS studios. The broadcast premiere of On the Town in The Palm Beaches: Palm Beach Originals airs Saturday, December 20, at 6:00 PM on WPBT and Wednesday, December 24, at 5:30 PM on WXEL.
