(Press Release) ​Orchid, Florida – Orchid Island Realty, the member-owned “Home Team” focused exclusively on properties within Orchid Island Golf & Beach Club, has its team and has added to its marketing innovation capabilities.
 
Marci Arnold, the long-time membership director at Orchid Island, has been appointed the Sales Associate with Heidi Levy as Broker Associate. Amanda Hope will continue her role as Marketing Coordinator.

The new Managing Broker is Stephann Cotton, who has more than 40 years in luxury and resort development. As founder of Cotton & Company, Stephann has guided nearly 2,000 prestigious communities across the U.S. and the Caribbean, combining marketing innovation with hands-on real estate leadership. He has been a Licensed Florida Real Estate broker since 1978 and a 30-year member of the Urban Land Institute. He will work closely with the Orchid Island Realty, bringing both his leadership and his marketing strategies to the team.
