Jacqueline Marsan (Press Release) West Palm Beach, FL (May 11, 2026)- Promise Fund, a South Florida based non-profit co-founded by Ambassador Nancy G. Brinker announced that Jacqueline Marsan has been named Executive Director. Ms. Marsan has been a leader of multi-site ambulatory clinics and public health systems for more than 30 years. Most recently, she served for 13 years as Assistant County Health Department Director and Chief of Operations for the Palm Beach County Health Department, where she led multi-site clinical operations and system-wide performance strategies. During her tenure, she improved patient collections by 30 percent, increased productivity by 25 percent, and helped secure more than $9 million in funding, while expanding access through centralized scheduling and call center coordination. “Jacqueline brings a strong combination of leadership, strategic vision, and a deep commitment to this work,” said Ambassador Brinker. “Her expertise will be instrumental in strengthening our programs, expanding partnerships, and advancing our mission in the communities we serve.”
Ms. Marsan served as Chair of the Lake Okeechobee Rural Health Network Governing Board and has further supported the field through roles such as HRSA Grant Reviewer. “My philosophy is to lead with purpose, build with intention, and measure what matters,” says Marsan. “I’m honored to join Promise Fund and to be part of a community so deeply committed to the work of getting underserved women the care they need.” Promise Fund reaches tens of thousands of women in Palm Beach, Broward and Martin Counties who are underserved, underinsured or have limited or no access to healthcare. The organization, founded in 2018, is dedicated to increasing survivorship from cervical cancer and breast cancer by providing guided support and access to screenings, as well as early detection, treatment, and beyond. To date, Promise Fund has reached more than 145,000 women in South Florida through education and advocacy, and has impacted the lives of over 27,000 women through access to screenings, diagnostics, and care and Promise Fund has helped 286 women who were diagnosed with cancer navigate getting treatment.
