(PRESS RELEASE)_West Palm Beach, FL (May 13, 2020) – As restaurants reopen this week in Palm Beach County, Big Time Restaurant Group has taken strong measures to keep guests and workers healthy. Owners of City Cellar Wine Bar & Grill, City Oyster & Sushi Bar , Elisabetta’s Ristorante, Bar & Pizzeria, Grease Burger Bar, and Louie Bossi’s Ristorante, Bar & Pizzeria, all in Palm Beach County, are exceeding guidelines established by the Centers for Disease Control and the State of Florida.
At each restaurant, all employees will have their temperature checked upon arrival and will wear masks and food service workers will wear gloves at all times. The restaurants have expanded their outdoor seating with each table spaced six feet apart, and will sanitize tables and seats between each use. Guests will receive paper menus that are discarded after each use and hand sanitizer stations will be placed throughout the restaurants. “We are thrilled to welcome both our guests and our staff back into our restaurants, and their safety is our number one priority,” said Todd Herbst, co-owner/founder of Big Time Restaurant Group. “We have always been fastidious about cleanliness, but we are taken greater care than ever to meet and exceed government guidelines.” Comments are closed.
