Tuna tartare (Le Colonial) (Press Release) Delray Beach (December 15, 2025)— Le Colonial, the acclaimed French-Vietnamese restaurant located at 601 East Atlantic Avenue in downtown Delray Beach, invites guests to ring in 2026 with a festive dining experience this New Year’s Eve. The restaurant will offer two seating options for the holiday, early seating reservations are $125 per person and available from 5 to 6:45 p.m. Later seating reservations are $145 per person and available from 8 to 9:30 p.m. Prices do not reflect taxes and gratuity. Both dining options include the Chef’s Amuse Bouche of Cha Gio Tom Hum, Lobster Imperial Roll: a crisp bite of lobster with ginger and lemongrass, wrapped in delicate rice paper and served with yuzu-chili aioli. Both options also include one small plate, one large plate and one dessert per person.
Small plate choices include Ca Ngu Caviar Tartare, Yellowfin Tuna and Caviar Tartare; and Sum Tom Hum Kieu Thai, Thai-Style Lobster Bisque with Langoustine Dumplings, among others. Large plate choices include Dui Cuu Ham Sa, Lemongrass Braised Lamb; Tom Hum Ham Sot Bo, Sauteed Lobster; and Bo Kho Wag, Miso Braised Wagyu Short Ribs, and more. Both menus also feature two dessert options: Bahn Mousse Socoloa, Trio Chocolate Dessert; and Crème Brule Tra Xanh, Matcha Crème Brule. The later seating includes a special middle course, not included in the early seating, which is Crudo Hai San Vietnam, Vietnamese Seafood Crudo. The later seating also features a larger selection of small and large plate choices, as well as a special midnight champagne toast.
