![]() (Press Release) Port St. Lucie, FL – Palm Beach Gardens must-visit destination for breakfast and lunch, Sara’s Kitchen, is expanding to Martin County in early May! The second Sara’s Kitchen will be located at 10156 SW Discovery Way, Port Saint Lucie, Florida, and will bring its true diner atmosphere, craving-inducing menu and a few surprises north. With savory eggs benedicts, old fashioned buttermilk pancakes, waffles you will dream of, egg-ceptional omelets, and even healthy options for those fitness minded fans, there is truly something on the menu for everyone to start their day. Mid-day visitors can dive into more than a dozen sandwich/wrap options, fresh and veggie filled salads or homemade soups all utilizing the freshest locally sourced ingredients. Staying true to its fun self, Sara’s Kitchen in Tradition will have all the same menu staples while adding dishes such as a pancake charcuterie board, a dessert bar (in the very near future), an array of brunch cocktail favorites like an espresso martini tree and over-the-top bloody marys and a must visit happy hour!
“We are proud to execute dishes at the highest level while also focusing on healthy cooking methods and ingredients,” shared Sara’s Kitchen owner Theodore Lena. “We are grateful to have such a cult following in Palm Beach Gardens and are very much looking forward to serving the St. Lucie County residents and visitors.” While the new Tradition location will also expand its offerings on the menu, it is the restaurant capacity that is even more exciting. With more than double the space of its sister location in Palm Beach Garden, the Tradition location will house 115 indoor seats and another 40 outdoors giving the team the opportunity to also turn up the fun. Lena sought out Tradition after first experiencing the area in 2012. He has enjoyed watching the town grow and develop, seeing the potential the neighborhood had to offer for both residents and visitors. When the time came to expand to a second location, he immediately knew where he would like to go. The new space will feature an urban, rustic design, a bit different from the old-school diner feel of Palm Beach Gardens. Sara’s Kitchen Tradition hours will be from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. seven days a week. Stay tuned for all opening updates by following @saraskitchenpsl on social media.
