(Press Release) Wellington, Fla. (Tuesday, June 25, 2024) – See Vision Eye Institute celebrated its introduction to Palm Beach County with a ribbon cutting on June 13th. The event was attended by over 35 local community and business leaders. They had the opportunity to mingle with Dr. Gorscak and his team, learning about new advances in cataract surgery and the team’s mission to provide life-changing vision with cataract surgery. “The Greater Wellington Chamber is honored to have Dr. Jason Gorscak and See Vision Eye Institute as an integral part of the Wellington medical community. We are excited to support their growth and look forward to the completion of their new state-of-the-art building in early 2025” said Michela Green, Executive Director of the Greater Wellington Chamber. See Vision Eye Institute offers comprehensive ophthalmic care and cataract surgery. One of the cutting-edge technologies offered for cataract patients is the Light Adjustable Lens. This procedure is the only one of its kind to allow the patient to “test drive” and refine their vision after cataract surgery. The LAL is one of many options See Vision Eye offers to patients to help them live their best lives after cataract surgery.
Jason Gorscak, MD’s training includes undergraduate studies at Johns Hopkins University, medical school at the University of Miami School of Medicine, and residency at the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey. While in South Florida, he fell in love with the area and the people and decided to bring his vision of offering cutting-edge cataract care and next-gen technology to fruition by creating See Vision Eye Institute. Dr. Gorscak achieves remarkable outcomes by combining his exceptional surgical expertise with an emphasis on creating strong patient-doctor relationships. “One of the greatest things about being the President of the Chamber is the privilege to go to ribbon cuttings for new businesses opening in the area. One of the latest ribbon cuttings at See Vision Eye Institute was such a great picture of a business with a heart for the community. Dr. Gorscak is truly a gift to our community, and the new facility will be such a wonderful service to the community for years to come,” said Peter Bartuska, President of the Greater Wellington Chamber.
