YMCA Holds 12th Annual Golf Classic

(Press Release) Palm Beach Gardens, FL (June 22, 2026)- The YMCA of the Palm Beaches held their 12th Annual Golf Classic on Thursday, May 21st at PGA National’s Champion Course, home of the Cognizant Classic. Over 100 golfers participated in this annual event celebrating community, philanthropy, and sportsmanship. 

The Golf Classic included a breakfast, competitive play, and an awards luncheon. During the luncheon, a silent auction and raffle took place including items such as lunch at the Palm Beach Yacht Club, PXG Putter, and a signed hockey puck from Gustav Forsling of the Florida Panthers.

The winning team, The Juan Cocuy/J.P. Morgan Wealth Advisors Team, included Juan Cocuy, Ryan Witkowski, Carson Klawon and Mark Cavallero. Second place went to Ryan Burke, Ben Leone, Christian Romaguera, and Anthony Greco. Third Place went to Tim Collins, Brent Valdov, Alex Gilmurray, and James Wohler. 

The event raised more than $80,000 which will provide assistance for key YMCA services such as swim lessons, health and wellness programs, and youth development initiatives for families in need.
