The awards were an exciting ending to what has been a thought-provoking and highly successful edition of the show. This year’s event united cruise lines, suppliers, and hospitality leaders from around the world to celebrate innovation, creativity, and excellence in onboard food and beverage. Held on the final day of F&B@Sea at the Mana Wynwood Convention Center in Miami, the Awards ceremony honored those redefining standards and raising the bar for F&B experiences across the industry The 2026 Cruise Line winners are:
● Best Restaurant – Princess Cruises – Makoto Ocean ● Most Sustainable F&B Programme – National Geographic-Lindblad Expeditions ● Best Beverage Programme – The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection ● F&B Maverick – Linken D'Souza, Senior Vice President, Global Food & Beverage – Royal Caribbean ● Rising Star Award – Alex Palmeri, Senior Manager, Beverage Operations – Royal Caribbean ● Woman of Impact Award – Marisa Christenson, AVP, Food & Beverage Operations and Development – Holland America Line The 2026 Supplier winners are: ● Food Innovation Award – Aussie Select (Lamb Charcuterie) ● Beverage Innovation Award – BZ Consortium - Wine of the Sea (Underwater-aged wine) ● Eco-Pioneer Award – The Chef's Garden (Produce/Regenerative Farm) ● Trailblazing F&B Technology Award – The Butter Book (Training Platform) ● Best New Product Award – Nektar Natura (Beverage Dispensing Solutions) “This year’s honorees exemplify excellence in cruise F&B,” said Mary Bond, Group Director, Seatrade Cruise. “Their commitment to quality, creativity and elevating the guest experience continues to redefine dining at sea, and it’s been an honor to recognize their accomplishments during such an exceptional edition of F&B@Sea.” The F&B@Sea Awards celebrate outstanding achievement across the cruise food and beverage sector, honoring both rising talent and seasoned leaders whose contributions are shaping the industry’s future. F&B@Sea will return to Miami in 2027 from 07-08 April, continuing its mission to connect, inspire and celebrate the global cruise culinary community.
