PictureCarnival Magic (Carnival)
(Press Release) MIAMI, Oct. 1, 2025 — Carnival Cruise Line today opened new 2027/28 reservations for three ships in two top Florida homeports, Miami and Port Canaveral, announcing a South Florida move for the “Fun Italian Style” Carnival Venezia and expanded options aboard Carnival Magic and Carnival Vista. New sailings now available feature a variety of itinerary lengths that visit the Caribbean’s most popular destinations, including convenient getaways to exclusive destinations Celebration Key; RelaxAway, Half Moon Cay and Isla Tropicale. Guests can see the new dates and itineraries here.

“Carnival Venezia moving to Miami creates even more choice for our guests with longer itineraries to the most popular Caribbean destinations and adds a new flavor of fun with our ‘Italian Style’ experiences,” said Christine Duffy, president of Carnival Cruise Line. “With Carnival Magic and Carnival Vista continuing to build on their strong popularity, the wide variety of sailings we’re opening today speaks to our commitment to guests who want convenient getaways from Florida.”

Carnival Venezia: A New Home in Miami
Fun is on the move for Carnival Venezia, with the new homeport of Miami beginning May 2027. The move will follow a seasonal program from Port Canaveral. From Miami, the ship will sail a series of six- and eight-day Caribbean cruises, giving guests enhanced variety and convenient schedules through April 2028. Six-day western Caribbean voyages feature stops at Carnival’s new exclusive destination Celebration Key; as well as calls in popular ports such as Ocho Rios or Montego Bay in Jamaica and Grand Cayman; Grand Turk and Amber Cove. Eight-day cruises feature several other marquee Caribbean destinations such as Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao and Amber Cove.

Carnival Venezia, with a capacity of over 4,000 guests, was the first of two ships to bring "Fun Italian Style" to the Carnival fleet, blending classic Carnival experiences with Italian-inspired design and amenities. On board, guests can enjoy unique dining options like the specialty restaurant Il Viaggio and bars such as Amari and Frizzante. Entertainment options include Playlist Productions at the Teatro Rosso, and other signature Carnival guest-favorites include Bonsai Sushi, Fahrenheit 555 Steakhouse and Heroes Tribute Bar & Lounge as well as the Cloud 9 Spa and top-deck attractions like WaterWorks water park and mini golf.

Carnival Magic: Expanded Miami Lineup
Carnival Magic will continue homeporting in Miami and expand her program with a variety of six- and eight-day cruises across the Eastern, Western and Southern Caribbean. A wide variety of itineraries features visits to exclusive destinations Celebration Key; Amber Cove; RelaxAway, Half Moon Cay, as well as Grand Turk; San Juan; St. Maarten, St. Thomas and St. Croix. Southern Caribbean voyages feature calls in Aruba, Bonaire and Curaçao.
Carnival Magic, a Dream-class ship, offers a wide array of activities and amenities, including SportSquare and its ropes course at sea as well as WaterWorks water park. Guests enjoy diverse dining options on board, such as Guy's Burger Joint, BlueIguana Cantina, and the Cucina del Capitano, along with RedFrog Pub and Alchemy Bar.

Carnival Vista: Robust Year-Round Program from Port Canaveral
Carnival Vista brings expanded options to Port Canaveral with a variety of week-long itineraries exploring The Bahamas as well as the Eastern and Western Caribbean. Carnival Vista’s year-round program from Port Canaveral will offer a wide range of options featuring a mix of popular destinations including Celebration Key; RelaxAway, Half Moon Cay and Isla Tropicale as well as Montego Bay Grand Cayman; San Juan; St. Maarten and St. Thomas.

The nearly 4,000-guest Carnival Vista’s offerings include activities for recreation, like SkyRide and WaterWorks water park, as well as relaxation, including Serenity Retreat, along with a variety of dining options and family-friendly accommodations, such as Family Harbor staterooms.
Additional announcements on future sailings will be shared in the coming weeks. For additional information on Carnival Cruise Line and to book a cruise vacation, call 1-800-CARNIVAL, visit www.carnival.com, or contact your favorite travel advisor or online travel site.
