As part of an entirely new menu that debuted at Pierre’s, the tasting menu is centered around the season’s most premium local and regional ingredients. This French-infused tropical dining experience celebrates the vibrant flavors of spring and summer in South Florida.
 
This season’s highlights feature seafood favorites like Triple Tail, prized for its delicate, sweet flavor; Soft Shell Crabs, served at peak tenderness; and American Red Snapper, known for its mild, sweet taste and firm texture.
