As part of the inaugural management team of The World of ResidenSea, the pioneering residential cruise ship, he is among a rare group with deep operational knowledge of luxury living at sea. Prior to founding Perth-based hospitality consulting firm JAG Hospitality, Jason led the development of Explora Journeys’ onboard guest experience as Head of Product, Hotel Operations, helping launch the first new luxury cruise line in over 30 years.
