(PRESS RELEASE)_MIAMI, FL, August 30, 2022 — Dedicated to the ultimate luxury yachting experience, SeaDream Yacht Club announces more relaxed COVID-19 testing requirements on all sailings. Although SeaDream encourages guests age 12 and over to be fully vaccinated, SeaDream will no longer require proof of vaccination status prior to sailing, conduct COVID-19 antigen tests during the guest embarkation process, nor require guests to test while on board. SeaDream will continue to coordinate with ports and destinations to ensure consistency with local requirements. “We believe these updated protocols will not only make the guest experience easier and more comfortable—providing optimal travel flexibility for our valued guests—they will also usher in a new season that redefines travel by yacht through the Mediterranean and Caribbean,” says Andreas Brynestad of SeaDream. To provide the best possible solutions for guest safety, all SeaDream crew are fully vaccinated and boosted. They will continue to follow hygiene protocols, while continuing to deliver the same personalized, award-winning service that SeaDream guests value. SeaDream will continue to follow the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA)’s Member Principles for COVID-19 Mitigation. Because select governments in the Mediterranean and Caribbean have protocols that require proof of vaccination status and/or testing, SeaDream advises all guests to check with their local government resources, airlines, and destination countries for the most current requirements for travel and entry.
